Built Because Normal Planners Kept Failing Us
Planners for ADHD exists for a simple reason: the planner market sells beautiful systems to the people who need them least, and guilt to everyone else. We're building the other thing.
What we're making
Interactive digital planners designed specifically for ADHD brains. Not static PDFs you write on with a stylus, not paper books, and not subscription apps. Files you own, that work offline, that respond when you tap them — tick, carry forward, restart — and that charge you once, not monthly, for the privilege of seeing your own week.
They are not on sale yet. Right now this site is the groundwork: honest guides for every planner category, written from the research and the lived reality of planning with an ADHD brain, so that when the first planner launches, you'll already know exactly what standard to hold it to.
How we work
- Research before pages. Every guide on this site maps to a real question real people search for — we checked, with data, before writing a word.
- Honesty about competitors. Our comparison page names what rival planners do well. If a paper book suits you better, we'd rather tell you than sell against your interests.
- No guilt design. No streak-shaming, no fake countdowns, no "sale ends tonight" theatre — here, or in the products.
- Designed for the reader in front of us. Short paragraphs, calm pages, one clear action per screen — because the audience for anti-overwhelm tools can spot a cluttered page in two seconds.
Designed for ADHD brains — this site included
We hold this website to the same standard as the planners: generous spacing, readable type, left-aligned text, no popups, no autoplay, nothing that slides in to interrupt you. If a page here ever feels like hard work to read, that's a bug — tell us via the contact page.
What we are not
We are not clinicians, coaches or a medical service, and we won't pretend otherwise for credibility. We make planning tools and write about everyday strategies. Planners for ADHD shares planning tools and everyday strategies. This site is not medical advice and our planners are not a treatment for ADHD. If you need support with ADHD, please talk to a qualified healthcare professional.
Start with the guides — the life planner, the cleaning planner, or the explanation of why planning feels so hard — and hold us to everything written there.
